The partnership was formed in 1991 when three partners of Cooke & Arkwright Hereford’s office, I R Peill FRICS, T B Vesey ARICS and W R A Shuttleworth FRICS successfully completed a management buyout of that firm’s Agricultural Division. In conjunction with the late George Clive an office was established in converted farm buildings on the Whitfield Estate from where the business operates today.
